- Converted four-volume, multi-thousand page Fiscal Reference Manual (FRM) from Word to FrameMaker; these documents included hundreds of tables and forms which needed to be reproduced exactly and needed to be published in both paper and online formats.
- Advised on establishing a procedure whereby the FRM could be “rolled back” to a specific historical date for purposes of reference in legal proceedings.
- Trained accounting staff in use of FrameMaker.
