I'm not sure that I understand the attraction of Duotones, outside of a print environment where you can choose exactly one spot color. Nonetheless, I worked through, but when I got to adding the Hue/Saturation adjustment layer, I had to reconvert the image to RGB (without flattening). Here's the result:

The biggest problem with this one was finding Color Fill on the Adjustment Layer menu. In CS3, this is called Solid Color on the menu and Color Fill when it gets to the Layers palette.
