Pixel F/X

Use images in zip files to create digital painting using the pixel f/x filter.

I chose the pixie picture, then selected the pixie (roughly), expanded the selection by 10 pixels and feathered it by 6 pixels. This gave me two areas with which to work, separated (gently) by the feathering.

In the background area, I used the KPT3 Pixel F/X with Omni-Directional, PixelWeather 2, Intensity 50%, Opacity 100%, and Normal blend mode. In the pixie area, I used the KPT3 Intensity with Intensity 50%, Opacity 75%, and Procedural+ blend mode. Click at left to see the picture in its own window.

Apply the intensity filter to at least one "washed out" photo of my own.
